Contact enquiries

We use contact details and message content only to respond to your enquiry and maintain the guide. We do not use enquiry information for advertising or tracking.

Please keep sensitive information out of email

Please do not include a child’s name or sensitive personal details. If information is not needed for us to answer or correct the guide, leave it out.

Aggregate affiliate measurement

For the approved Amaze World affiliate link, we count aggregate link impressions and clicks using a first-party service. These counts do not include names, email addresses, account or session identifiers, advertising identifiers, precise location, fingerprints or cross-site identity. We do not use advertising pixels, session replay or behavioural profiles.

Spam protection on the contact form

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a service from Cloudflare, Inc., to check that a message is sent by a person and not an automated program. When the form loads, Turnstile runs a check in your browser. To do this it processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and how the page was used. Cloudflare uses this information only to provide and secure the check, under its own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Turnstile does not use advertising cookies and is not used to track you across sites.

We also check how quickly a message was sent and whether it looks like automated spam. Messages that fail these checks are discarded without being read or stored. We record only that a message was discarded and why, never its content or your details.

Only authorised ParkFun operators may access enquiries sent through our Email us link.
